Conception of the "Week of Metamorphosis"
The BeActive Foundation had the honor of taking charge of the complete implementation of the "Week of Metamorphosis" program, organized as part of a project led in Poland by the Union of Fruits, at the request of the European Union.
Scope of BeActive's Activities :
- Development of a detailed camp plan, taking into account the campaign objectives, the needs of the target group, and the educational vision of the project.
- Creation of a program combining nutritional education, physical activity, and personal development workshops.
- Implementation of a comprehensive physical activity plan for participants, including creative calisthenics training, Animal Flow exercises, and individual sessions.
Campaign Objectives :
- Promote a healthy diet – particularly the consumption of fruits and vegetables.
- Develop good eating and physical habits.
- Inspire change – not through coercion, but by showing the possibilities of informed choices.
Target group :
- The campaign targets Millennials and younger generations.
- Project specifically aimed at individuals aged 18 to 34.
Campaign Vision :
The Week of Transformation does not force change, but reveals its potential. Our mission is to educate intelligently by inspiring – we provide participants with the tools to consciously choose what best meets their needs and goals. The program is based on the principle that perfection does not exist and that true value lies in the art of making the right choice (GOOD MOVE).
About the program :
The Metamorphosis Week is a unique five-day program that helps participants develop healthy eating habits and physical activity routines. It focuses on education, physical activity, and an individualized approach, guiding each participant towards a more balanced lifestyle.

The program was hosted by :
- A personal coach and Animal Flow instructor, demonstrating how to integrate the joy of movement into daily life.
- A dietitian, teaching the principles of healthy eating and the choice of good products.
- A psychodietitian, supporting participants in transforming their eating habits and motivation.
Each day had a specific theme, and participants benefited from workshops, training sessions, and individual consultations tailored to their unique needs and goals..
Results :
The program allowed participants to :
- Adopt new healthy eating habits.
- Understanding the value of conscious choice in nutrition and physical activity.
